

With an extensive background from working with the nation’s top hotel franchisors, Jacob Lupton brings a specialized body of hospitality design knowledge to Hummingbird Architecture. Whether producing site feasibility studies for specific projects or overseeing document production, he provides the combination of technical guidance, managerial responsiveness, and design savvy that is critical for successful project completion.
Over the past 14 years, Jacob has been the lead Architect and production consultant for several major institutions, including the Fairfield and Courtyard brands by Marriott, as well as the Comfort, Sleep, MainStay, and Cambria brands for Choice Hotels. He was also a core member of the team that created the original design concept for Hotel Indigo by Intercontinental Hotel Group. His portfolio of built projects spans the United States; having managed accounts for several large-scale hotel franchisee developers and single independent hoteliers alike.
